| The Company: International Contractors Services, LLC (“ICS”) ICS, LLC was founded in 1977 by William D. Liddell, who identified a market niche within the construction industry for custom designed and engineered concrete forming systems which could be used for a variety of applications. The company also works closely and is the North American distributor for a number of Concrete Forming Systems manufacturers. These Concrete Forming Systems are used worldwide. These Systems are available for sale and lease throughout North America through companies that have been appointed distributors of ICS, LLC. The Business: The Company designs, engineers, and manufactures custom steel and wood concrete forming systems. The company sells and leases MEGA SHORE, HV Shoring Systems and LOGO Patented Concrete Forming Systems through its distributors. The systems are used on a wide variety of construction projects. Typical projects would be roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, and power plants, transit projects and large concrete building projects. The Commitment: 100% Customer Driven.
